We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
Eligibility for Return (Damaged Items Only)
For a return to be eligible:

Original tags must be attached

Original packaging must be intact

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and record an unboxing video after receiving the package. Contact us immediately if:

You receive the wrong product

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As our macramé products are handcrafted with care, the following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized macramé products

Made-to-order products with special size, color, or design requests

Clearance, sale, or discounted products

Gift cards and promotional items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery

As all our macramé products are handmade and crafted specifically for each order:
